These intense aromas are created during the finishing phase of 42 months in Oloroso sherry casks.

Nose: Sweet, creamy, honey, notes of dried figs, sherry, hints of oak.
Flavour: Berries, honey, sherry, notes of caramel and toasted almonds.
Finish: Long-lasting, spicy, hint of cocoa.
